What is lifestyle photography, and what makes it different to your more traditional type of family photography?

So, I'm about to be really vulnerable for a minute and I'm going to be brutally honest. I find motherhood hard. Really hard. Really fucking hard. 

These guys were so much fun to photograph. There is something quite different in photographing another photog and their families.
