Photos that aren’t from a mountain?! Yep!
Today was a (lot) closer to home. In fact, it was a 6 house walk down my street!

This kid. I’m pretty stoked to be her mum.
She’s strong and capable and has an incredible belief in her abilities.
And this weekend, at the age of 13, she donned a 20kg backpack that we could have folded her into, snowshoed approx 15km,

Last night at Mt Stirling under a blanket of stars on a bed of snow on our snowshoe overnight hike with @highcountryhikingtours

What an awesome way to experience the high country and our snowy landscapes. Romana & Kevin take care of everything,

Last time I was on Mt Stirling it looked a little like this and we 4WD up there.
Tomorrow I get to go back with @highcountryhikingtours. Except now it’s covered in snow and I get to snowshoe up there instead!
